We're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join a large-scale digital transformation programme delivering one of the most significant SuccessFactors implementations in the Middle East.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a complex, enterprise-wide SAP SuccessFactors implementation, delivering a centralized global template with rollouts across 16 entities. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead client workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations using SAP Activate methodology and best practices.
• Configure and implement:
• Employee Central (Core HR)
• Time Off
• Timesheet / Time Tracking
• Benefits
• Position Management
• Foundation Objects
• MDF Objects
• Business Rules
• Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Picklists
• Workflows
• Data Models
• Configure Job Information, Compensation Information and country-specific employee data.
• Design and configure Time Management objects including:
• Holidays
• Holiday Calendars
• Work Schedules
• Time Types
• Time Profiles
• Configure accrual rules, recalculation processes, time valuation and time-off calendar jobs.
• Configure HRIS Sync and Employee Central integrations using Integration Centre.
• Modify and maintain XML-based data models including:
• Employee Central
• Corporate Data Model
• Succession Data Model
• CSF Data Model
• Develop custom configurations where required to meet business needs.
• Support project governance by managing risks, issues and escalations.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions (Arabic language delivery preferred).
• Ensure solutions comply with local public sector labour regulations and organisational requirements.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience across:
• Employee Central
• MDF
• Foundation Objects
• Business Rules
• XML Data Models
• Workflows
• Position Management
• RBP
• Time Off
• Timesheet / Time Tracking
• Experience configuring:
• Time Management Objects
• Accrual Rules
• Time Valuation
• Time Off Calendar Jobs
• Integration Centre experience.
• Strong understanding of HRIS Sync configuration.
• Experience with Ad Hoc Reporting.
• Knowledge of Benefits module.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience applying SAP Activate methodology.
