Job Overview

We are looking for a Tele Sales Specialist with enthusiasm and the ability to achieve results to join our sales team in Saudi Arabia. The candidate must have strong experience in tele sales, customer service, and marketing, along with a solid background in selling electrical and electronic appliances.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to present, sell, and promote products and services.
• Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and continuous follow-up.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable electrical and electronic appliances.
• Support marketing activities by explaining products, offers, and promotional campaigns.
• Accurately update customer records, calls, and sales.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, and marketing.
• Experience in selling electrical and electronic appliances.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a goal-driven environment.
• High organizational skills and attention to detail.
