The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Lead employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling, to maintain a positive workplace culture.
Drive colleague engagement and retention initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, wellbeing, and organizational commitment.
Implement performance management processes, providing feedback and development opportunities to support career growth.
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
Utilize HR metrics and insights to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure effective HR operations and a strong people-focused culture.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.6–8 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Experience working with recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and performance management processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, candidates, consultants, and external partners.
