Human Resources Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or a candidate with up to one year of experience who is eager to build a career in Human Resources. The HR Assistant will support daily HR operations, maintain employee records, assist with recruitment activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
• Assist with employee attendance, leave records, and HR reporting.
• Prepare HR-related letters, forms, and documentation.
• Ensure employee information is accurate, confidential, and up to date.
• Coordinate with internal departments on HR-related matters.
• Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and administrative tasks.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
