Executive Operations Partner (Personal Office)

We are looking for an Executive Operations Partner to join a private office in Riyadh.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position. The successful candidate will act as the principal’s trusted right hand, taking ownership of executive, operational, administrative, and personal matters while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the private office.
• Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and appointments.
• Organize domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Accompany the principal on travel when required.
• Handle confidential personal and executive matters.
• Coordinate with government entities, vendors, and service providers.
• Conduct research and prepare reports and executive summaries.
• Track projects and ensure timely execution.
• Organize documentation and improve operational processes.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and follow through without constant supervision. 2 - 8 years of relevant experience in executive support, private office, family office, or operations management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Highly proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.Good command of English;
• Arabic is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally with the principal.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
