What You'll Be Doing

Building your own specialist market within FinTech & AI.Winning new clients across high-growth technology businesses.

Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement.

Becoming recognised as a genuine specialist within your niche.

Working closely with founders, CTOs, engineering leaders and VC-backed startups.

Travelling internationally to meet clients and grow your network.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in 360 recruitment.A competitive mindset and genuine desire to be one of the best.
• Strong business development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
• Ambition to build a long-term career rather than simply find another recruitment job.
