The Receptionist will manage guest arrivals and departures, verify reservation details, assign rooms, issue keys, process payments and respond to guest requests.

The role also includes providing information about hotel services, rates, promotions and the surrounding area while promoting relevant amenities and additional services.

🔺 Assign rooms and issue room keys and welcome materials.

🔺 Coordinate bell-service assistance when required.

🔺 Process guest departures and complete check-out procedures.

🔺 Verify charges posted to guest accounts.

🔺 Handle payments and issue accurate receipts and invoices.

🔺 Use the point-of-sale system correctly.

🔺 Provide detailed information about hotel facilities and services.

🔺 Explain room types, rates, promotions and available packages.

🔺 Answer guest questions about the hotel and local area.

🔺 Use up-selling techniques to recommend appropriate hotel services.

🔺 Support the maximization of room and service revenue.

🔺 Respond to guest requests with care, urgency and professionalism.

🔺 Resolve guest concerns and service issues effectively.

🔺 Manage guest messages, calls and communications.

🔺 Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and other departments.

🔺 Follow Hilton’s hospitality, service and quality standards.
