We are looking for a Saudi Medical Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and consumables, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely purchasing, monitoring inventory, and maintaining cost-effective procurement processes in compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure medical supplies, equipment, and consumables.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Issue and follow up on purchase orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet operational needs.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Saudi National (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in medical procurement or the healthcare sector.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
