School Description

A British International School in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Physics Teacher to join from August 2026. This role offers the opportunity to progress into a Head of Department position for suitably experienced candidates. The school follows the British curriculum and provides a supportive international teaching environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons
• Plan and prepare lessons in line with the British curriculum
• Monitor and assess student progress and attainment
• Support curriculum development within the Science department
• Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities
• Provide leadership support and departmental oversight where appropriate

Requirements

• A relevant degree and recognised teaching qualification
• Strong knowledge of the British curriculum
• Previous experience teaching Physics is essential
• Leadership or Head of Department experience is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 14,000 – 19,000 SAR per month (higher salary available for Head of Department candidates)
