Project Manager (Construction)

We are looking for a proactive and technically competent Project Manager to manage construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Civil, Architectural, and MEP works, including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Firefighting, and Fire Alarm systems.

The candidate should be capable of coordinating site activities, managing project schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project execution from mobilization to handover.
• Coordinate Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting, and Fire Alarm works.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals before execution.
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Identify potential delays and propose practical solutions to maintain project schedules.
• Assist in project budgeting, cost monitoring, and variation management.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate procurement requirements to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience, including Saudi Arabia project experience.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

• MEP Systems

• Firefighting & Fire Alarm Systems
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, and construction methodologies.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 (basic to intermediate knowledge)
• AutoCAD (drawing review)
• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Planning and scheduling
• Cost control and progress monitoring
• Technical coordination and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Registration.
• PMP Certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Valid Saudi Driving License.
