The objective of this position is to achieve sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and the development of commercial relationships. You will be responsible for marketing and selling Motor Dip's specialized vehicle protection and care services, focusing on luxury and classic cars, while building long-term relationships with clients and partners to ensure growth and enhance market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development
- Attract new clients from individuals and the business sector.
- Conduct field visits to potential clients on a continuous basis.
- Target owners of luxury and classic vehicles.
- Build partnerships with car exhibitions, agencies, rental companies, dealerships, and insurance firms.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals in accordance with company policy.
- Negotiate with clients regarding the offered services.
- Obtain management approval when submitting any price exceptions or special offers.
- Close deals and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Technical Consultations
- Provide professional consultations to clients regarding suitable services for each vehicle.
- Explain the differences between services:
- Paint Protection Films (PPF)
- Nano Ceramic
- Professional Polishing
- Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)
- Body Repairs and Refinishing
- Scratch Repair
- Detail the benefits of each service, guarantees, and added value to the client.
- Stay updated on developments and new products in the automotive care sector.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Monitor clients before, during, and after service delivery.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address feedback in coordination with relevant management.
- Work on increasing the referral rate from existing clients.
- Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with the service center to ensure the execution of tasks according to client expectations.
- Deliver all client data accurately.
- Update client data and sales opportunities in the company system.
- Submit periodic reports on activities, sales, and future opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in external sales.
- Experience in the automotive sector or luxury automotive services is preferred.
