Job Summary

As a Sales Specialist at BLND, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of marketing and digital solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
• Identify and target potential clients across various industries, including branding, digital marketing, web & app development, multimedia production, and more.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent service and consultative selling.
• Present our services and solutions effectively to prospective clients, demonstrating how BLND can meet their business needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with company offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and proposals for management review.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within marketing, advertising, or digital services sectors. Strong knowledge of marketing solutions, digital media, web/app development, and branding services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
