Executive Assistant to Director

Soundlines Global is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to Director for an in-house vacancy in KSA. You will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, and serve as a reliable point of contact for executive leadership.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Director and C-suite executives.
• Manage e-calendars, schedule meetings, and handle office applications/gadgets.
• Maintain a high level of discretion and strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company details.
• Draft professional communications, reports, and presentations.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years supporting C-suite levels (CEO, Directors, CXO, CCO, etc.).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant field of study.
• Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Age Limit: 25–33 years.
• Preferences: Unmarried candidate is an added advantage.

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Jeddah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
