Partner, Corporate (Jeddah)

Leading international law firm is hiring a partner to join its corporate practice in Jeddah. The role will focus on cross-border and domestic corporate transactional work, with an emphasis on M&A, corporate governance and general corporate advisory.

The successful candidate will join a market-facing team serving regional and international clients across a range of industries. The role offers responsibility for originating and executing complex transactions and for developing local client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Track record advising on M&A and corporate transactions in the region
• Strong client-development and relationship-management skills
