Sales and Marketing Manager

The job description

We are looking for a Sales Manager with leadership skills and experience in managing sales teams and digital marketing. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, and overseeing marketing campaigns to ensure increased customer acquisition and sustained growth.

Responsibilities

• Training and developing sales staff, continuously enhancing their capabilities.
• Distributing potential leads among the sales team and following up with them until the sales process is completed.
• Managing and supervising advertising campaigns through social media platforms in coordination with the marketing team.
• Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and working on improvements to achieve better returns.
• Achieving monthly sales targets and increasing conversion rates and sales.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and ensuring adherence to established work plans and procedures.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly work plans and distributing tasks among the team.
• Monitoring sales reports and analyzing performance indicators, proposing developmental solutions.
• Ensuring smooth operations and achieving the highest level of customer service.

Working Hours

• Six days a week.
• Working hours are generally during evening hours based on work requirements.
