Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Residential Electrician to install, maintain, inspect, and repair electrical systems in homes, apartments, villas, and residential buildings. The candidate should have strong knowledge of residential wiring, electrical safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers.

Perform electrical wiring for new residential construction and renovation projects.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, short circuits, and power outages.

Install and connect distribution boards, electrical panels, and protective devices.

Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

Test electrical systems and ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.

Install and maintain ceiling fans, water heaters, doorbells, and other household electrical equipment.

Inspect electrical systems and identify potential hazards or defects.

Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work records.

Requirements

ITI, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Electrical Trade.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Residential Electrician.

Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and wiring methods.

Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and plans.

Experience with installation of lighting, sockets, switches, DB panels, and electrical accessories.

Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

Knowledge of electrical safety standards and procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience in villas, apartments, and residential building projects.

Knowledge of smart home systems and low-voltage installations is an advantage.

Basic communication skills in English.
