IT Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of our enterprise infrastructure across multiple locations.

In this role, you will oversee critical systems, ensure maximum uptime, and drive modernization initiatives while leading a skilled team of infrastructure professionals. You will work closely with executive leadership, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to align technology investments with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Strategy: Develop and execute long term infrastructure roadmaps covering servers, storage, networking, cloud environments, and enterprise systems.

Operations Management: Ensure the availability, performance, and security of all IT infrastructure while maintaining service level objectives and minimizing operational risk.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure engineers, system administrators, and technical support teams while promoting operational excellence.

Cybersecurity and Compliance: Partner with security teams to implement infrastructure security controls, vulnerability management, backup strategies, and disaster recovery procedures.

Vendor and Project Management: Manage technology vendors, negotiate service agreements, oversee infrastructure projects, and ensure successful implementation within budget and timeline.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or enterprise technology, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VMware or Hyper V, cloud platforms, enterprise networking, storage solutions, and backup technologies.

Certifications: Industry certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, AWS, Azure, ITIL, or similar are highly desirable.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage multiple infrastructure projects, prioritize workloads, and communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR24,000.00 per month
