Senior Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager at J Seven Projects. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, developing HR strategies, implementing policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

HR Strategy Development, Policy Implementation, and Employee Relations skills

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and training

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP or HRCI) is a plus

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
