Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand our footprint within BFSI, Oil & Gas, Healthcare & Government sectors in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Cyber Security Sales, and strong relationships within the sectors mentioned above.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

• Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and expand in assigned accounts
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company offerings (Identity, Application, Data, Network, Analytics Security, GRC & Privacy Solutions and Services
• Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
• Navigate procurement processes, RFIs, RFPs, and tenders
• Position the company as a trusted advisor to clients in Qatar

Sales & Pipeline Management

• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Develop a qualified pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
• Lead large deal pursuits, including bid management and proposal development

Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Delivery, Marketing, Alliances)
• Work closely with strategic partners and vendors to strengthen offerings

Market Intelligence

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and public sector initiatives
• Identify emerging opportunities in Digital Transformation, Privacy, OT security initiatives and from regulations and compliance requirements

Key Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT & Security Sales / Business Development
• Strong experience working with within BFSI, Oil & Gas, Healthcare & Government sectors
• Proven track record of closing deals

Language Skills

• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) & Arabic will be added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong network within Qatar Customer networks
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of procurement processes
• Ability to manage complete sales cycle and complex stakeholder environments
