Senior Business Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager who can take ownership of daily business processes, team coordination, client service delivery, and operational performance. You are not just managing tasks; you are improving systems, solving problems, and helping the business run more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

You will oversee daily business operations, internal workflows, team coordination, and service delivery to ensure work is completed accurately and on time. You will manage client requirements, follow up on service requests, resolve operational concerns, and maintain professional communication with key accounts.

You will also review existing workflows, identify delays or inefficiencies, coordinate with administrative, finance, sales, and support teams, and work with vendors and service providers to support business needs. The role includes preparing regular updates on operational activity, client issues, team performance, project progress, costs, and improvement plans.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in business operations, corporate services, project coordination, client services, administration, or a similar role, including 1 to 2 years in a senior or supervisory position. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, reliable, and confident in managing people, processes, deadlines, client expectations, and daily business priorities.

You should have strong communication skills, leadership ability, commercial awareness, and a practical problem-solving mindset.

Pay: QAR220,000.00 - QAR225,000.00 per year
