Senior Techno-Functional Consultant – Oracle ERP Human Resource Module

Responsible for managing and overseeing the all Oracle HCM Application. The FunctionHR Consultant Lead is responsible for all HR related issues, enhancements, Changes andSupport.

The resource will be responsible for translating business requirements into solutions,preparing technical specifications, coding, testing, debugging and documentingsoftware programs of varying complexity following the predefined standards and bestpractices.

Description The resource will play an active role in providing technical and Functional support that directsthe support of Oracle EBS 12.2.8. The skills and services required are as follows:

An understanding of ERP functions and technology.

Knowledge of the functional configuration of ERP.Knowing how to implement business requirements into ERP solutions.

Expected to have very good Functional & Technical experience in Oracle Core HR, SSHR,Payroll, Absence, Time & Labour, Talent Management, Benefits and

Compensation

Should have experience in Implementing & Supporting Oracle HCM modules - Core HR,SSHR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits.

• Should have exp. in client facing role and must have worked on Req. Gathering,
• Product Workshop & Demo, CRP, UATShould have excellent Documentation, Presentation, Customer handling, problemsolving, solution
• Document code consistently throughout the development and/or enhancementprocess
• Maintain extensive documentation for the project
• Design solutions based upon business requirements and user specification
• Review technical solutions
• Interface at an intermediate level with Business User during the design, developmentand testing processes
• Review, fix, enhance and develop code
• Provide production support as and when required
• Must be proficient in creating FSG, XML and Discoverer reports.
• Forms, OAF pages,alerts and workflow development and maintenance
• Must be highly conversant with PLSQL and must be able to develop scripts and querieson an adhoc and regular term basis
• Expert in Forms Personalization and OAF development and customization
• Should have hands-on experience in Data Conversion, Data Migration, Report
• Generation and Developing Interfaces within several modules in Oracle Applications.

Proficient in development of interfaces and conversion programs to integrate OracleApplications modules to import data from various sources into Oracle ApplicationsShould be expert in developing technical design documents (MD070), Technical Testdocuments (TE020), Conversion (CV050) and Migration documents (MD0120).

Strong in Performance Tuning.
