Airline Sales Executive

We are Looking for a Airline Sales Executive to promote and sell airline products and services to corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the travel industry, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate accounts, and key customers.
• Promote airline fares, routes, promotions, and ancillary services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate new sales leads.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and product training sessions.
• Negotiate commercial agreements within company guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates.
• Coordinate with reservations, customer service, marketing, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Aviation, or a related field.
• 02–05 years of sales experience in the airline, travel, or aviation industry.
• Knowledge of airline reservation systems (GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
