Community Sales Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Sales Associate at Arafat Business Center in Doha, Qatar. The Community Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and promoting the company's products and services. The Community Sales Associate will also assist in organizing events, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experince
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

Centre and Client Administration

• Maintain and update all client contact information and ensure new updates are changed accordingly as soon as details are
• received.
• Complete all relevant move-in forms for new clients and for all clients.
• Maintain accurate and tidy filing systems of Client records.
• Document all cleaning or maintenance issues are written into the appropriate books.
• Ensure the General Manager is immediately made aware of any problems and that these are dealt with as soon as possible.
• CRM systems (Office RND) are updated and maintained
• Attend and contribute to monthly team meetings

Centre Operational Sales

• Responsible for marketing own services, such as word processing to clients through flyers, understanding clients’ needs in order to
• generate centre revenue.
• Encourage client retention by ensuring customer needs are satisfied
• Respond and convert Meeting Room orders including pre- and after-sales
• Actively Up-sell & cross-sell products and services to clients
• Contribute to centre tours by providing Reception presentation to prospective clients
