Luxury Retail Brand Manager

Job Summary

Maison de Luxe Fashion & Beauty W.L.L. is seeking an experienced Senior Fashion and Beauty Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, product positioning, marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and commercial growth across fashion and beauty categories.

The successful candidate will strengthen brand visibility, manage product launches and partnerships, and ensure a consistent luxury customer experience across retail, digital, and promotional channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fashion and beauty brand strategies
• Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
• Manage brand positioning, visual identity, messaging, and customer experience
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, customer preferences, and sales performance
• Coordinate with retail, e-commerce, marketing, creative, sales, and merchandising teams
• Manage relationships with designers, beauty brands, influencers, agencies, and suppliers
• Oversee campaign budgets, brand calendars, and performance targets
• Support product assortment, pricing, merchandising, and inventory planning
• Monitor digital engagement, customer acquisition, and brand-performance metrics
• Lead and mentor brand, marketing, and creative team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Significant experience in fashion, beauty, luxury retail, or lifestyle brand management
• Proven success managing brand campaigns, product launches, and commercial growth
• Strong understanding of luxury consumers, retail trends, digital marketing, and merchandising
• Experience working with influencers, agencies, designers, and international brands
• Strong leadership, creative direction, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM, and digital campaign tools
• Qatar or GCC fashion and beauty experience is preferred
