Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that align with the company's long-term objectives.

Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to executive management.

Budget Management: Monitor departmental budgets, analyze financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Risk and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate governance policies while managing financial risks.

Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team by establishing performance goals, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Business Partnership: Collaborate with department heads to evaluate financial opportunities, optimize costs, and support strategic business initiatives through data-driven insights.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management position.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, ERP systems, advanced Microsoft Excel, and financial analysis tools.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and communicate financial information effectively to senior stakeholders.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Arabic language proficiency is considered an advantage.

Mindset: A strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills, strong commercial awareness, and a commitment to delivering measurable business value through sound financial leadership.

Pay: QAR22,000.00 - QAR28,000.00 per month
