Based in prestigious offices in The Palm Tower (Al Dafna), you will provide a full suite of financial and insurance solutions to a diverse client base that reflects Qatar’s international population.

You will be part of a collaborative team environment, supported by experienced Sales Managers who will help you develop networks, understand client needs, and deliver tailored financial solutions.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Qualifications

• Experienced financial services adviser or consultant
• Ideally UK CISI or CII Level 4 qualified (or equivalent Diploma-level qualification)
• Alternatively, an internationally recognised CFP® qualification
• 2–3 years’ experience in an independent financial advisory or brokerage environment
• Experience within the Qatar market is advantageous, though relocation support is available

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong personal network within the market
• Arrange and attend client meetings to understand financial goals and objectives
• Develop tailored financial proposals aligned with client needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Provide ongoing service and regular reviews for existing clients
• Stay informed on market, regulatory, and product developments
• Communicate new opportunities and regulatory changes to clients
• Liaise with head office, providers, and professional intermediaries such as accountants and solicitors
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
