As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo Team in Doha as Administration Assistant

About the Role

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the department, ensuring the efficient coordination of daily business activities. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations, supporting stakeholders, managing documentation, and facilitating effective communication across the team.

Other responsibilities include

• Provide effective administrative and secretarial support to the department.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize departmental documentation, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Manage filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, and maintain meeting schedules.
• Handle departmental communications and respond to routine administrative inquiries.
• Support travel arrangements and logistical coordination when required.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies, inventory, and administrative resources.
• Assist with departmental processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualification

About You

• High School Qualification with a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience; OR
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
