CSR - Customer Service Representative

• Welcoming all customers with a smile.
• Attract potential customers by answering service inquiries and providing

information about other services.

• Provide accurate information to the customer and make sure that the

customer understands their chosen driving package.

• Open the customer's file and help them fill out the required forms and

documents.

• Maintain customer's information by updating their records.
• Resolve service problems by clarifying complaints, determining the cause of the

• Advise financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Recommend services to academy management by collecting customer's

information and analyzing customer's needs.

• Ensure that the customer data is keyed in correctly in the system.

• Make sure the correct invoice is generated to the right customer.
• Ensure the correct amount of payment is received from the customer.
• Direct the customer to do the eye test and make a follow-up.
• Creating, Maintaining, and updating training and test schedules, calendars,

and agendas.

• Answering training and tests scheduling queries through student visits and

via email and phone/mobile.

• Responsible for reconciling the revenue daily as required by the

Academy and as per the allocated targets.

• Maintain good working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ensure the company's reputation by providing good customer service.
• Attend all training, briefing, and meetings as arranged by the Management.
• • Arabic speaking is an advantage**
