KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communication: Manage incoming calls, emails, and professional correspondence fluently in English.
• Admin Support: Handle general administrative tasks, filing, and daily office operations.
• Front Desk Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
• Multitasking: Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and multitask efficiently under pressure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a Customer Service role.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience handling general administrative and front desk duties.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
