Logistics & Procurement Coordinator (IT Spare Parts & Products)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement, logistics coordination, inventory management, and customer quotation preparation, preferably in the IT or electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Check availability of spare parts, IT products, and accessories with suppliers.
• Source competitive pricing and obtain quotations from vendors.
• Prepare customer quotations and update all records in the ERP system.
• Process supplier Purchase Orders (POs) after customer approval.
• Coordinate and track shipments until delivery.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for Goods Receipt (GRN) and inventory updates.
• Issue spare parts and products to technicians based on approved service requirements.
• Manage procurement and sales orders for spare parts, printers, laptops, desktops, batteries, and accessories.
• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations for IT products and spare parts.
• Coordinate closely with the Technical Support and Back-End teams to ensure the correct parts are ordered and issued.
• Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and logistics documentation within the ERP system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, or IT Spare Parts.
• Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
• Good understanding of IT hardware, printers, laptops, desktops, batteries, and accessories.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with HP, Acer, Lenovo, Dell, Hisense, or other IT hardware brands.
• Experience in warranty and after-sales service operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
