Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent to handle property sales and leasing transactions in the Qatar market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, obtaining property listings, conducting viewings, negotiating terms and supporting clients throughout the sales or leasing process. The ideal candidate should understand the Qatar real estate market and have a proven ability to build client relationships and close transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote residential and commercial properties for sale and lease.
• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, property portals and social media.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, investors, buyers and tenants.
• Source new properties and secure authorized listings.
• Verify property availability, prices, specifications and listing information.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Identify clients’ budgets, preferred locations and property requirements.
• Present suitable properties and provide accurate market information.
• Negotiate rental rates, sale prices and transaction terms.
• Prepare offers and coordinate contracts and supporting documents.
• Follow up with clients until transactions are completed.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, listings, viewings and transactions in the Company’s CRM.
• Monitor market prices, new developments and competitor activity.
• Achieve monthly sales, leasing and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing, administration, finance and property-management teams.
• Comply with Company policies and applicable Qatar requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year of real estate sales or leasing experience.
• Experience in the Qatar real estate market is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Doha’s residential and/or commercial property market.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Arabic or another relevant language is an advantage.
• Ability to use CRM systems, property portals, social media and Microsoft Office.
• Professional appearance and confident presentation skills.
• Valid Qatar driving license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
• Valid Qatar ID, transferable work authorization or eligibility to work in Qatar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a target-driven team.
• Willingness to attend evening or weekend property viewings when required.

Compensation

• Monthly salary of QAR 1,000–2,500, depending on experience and the agreed employment package.
• Performance-based commission according to the signed commission structure.
• Housing and food will be provided or compensated in accordance with applicable Qatar requirements.
• Additional incentives may be offered based on target achievement.

• Number and value of completed sales and leasing transactions.
• Revenue generated for the Company.
• Qualified leads and new property listings.
• Lead-to-viewing and viewing-to-closing conversion rates.
• Client follow-up and response time.
• Accuracy of CRM and property-listing records.
• Customer satisfaction, referrals and repeat business.
