Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is seeking an experienced Commercial & Residential Leasing Consultant (Arab National) to join our dynamic leasing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both commercial and residential leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving leasing targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and residential leasing inquiries from prospective tenants
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional property consultations.
• Advise landlords and tenants on market trends, rental values, and suitable property options.
• Negotiate lease terms and successfully close leasing transactions.
• Prepare tenancy agreements, lease documentation, and ensure compliance with Qatar's real estate regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's leasing portfolio.
• Maintain accurate property listings and update the CRM system regularly.
• Achieve monthly leasing targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Candidates with an existing client portfolio and strong corporate leasing network will have a significant advantage.

Requirements

• Arab National (Mandatory).
• Minimum 4+ years of commercial and residential leasing experience.
• Previous Qatar real estate market experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar's leasing procedures and tenancy regulations.
• Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Valid Qatar Driving License with Vehicle is preferred.
• Available for immediate joining.
