Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve meals and drinks with precision, ensuring proper etiquette and presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold fine dining standards, including dress code, table setting, and service rituals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
