Bartender (Non-Alcoholic Beverages) – Fine Dining Restaurant

We are a premium standalone fine dining restaurant committed to delivering exceptional food, service, and beverage experiences. We are seeking a skilled and creative Bartender to prepare and serve high-quality non-alcoholic beverages, mocktails, specialty coffees, teas, and fresh juices while providing outstanding guest service.

Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and presenting premium non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate has experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality and is passionate about guest service and beverage presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, specialty coffees, teas, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared according to company recipes and presentation standards.
• Recommend beverages that complement menu items and enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar and beverage preparation area.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of fruits, syrups, garnishes, coffee, tea, and other ingredients.
• Operate coffee machines, blenders, juicers, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing bar duties, including cleaning and stock replenishment.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive service while working closely with the restaurant team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or beverage specialist in a fine dining restaurant, hotel, café, or upscale hospitality venue.
• Experience preparing premium mocktails, specialty coffee, tea, and fresh beverages.
• Excellent knowledge of beverage presentation and guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Barista certification or specialty coffee training is an advantage.
• Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Creative skills in mocktail development and beverage presentation.
