Daily Tasks

• Monitor the operation of electrical systems and fittings (lighting, switches, sockets).
• Check water pressure and ensure proper functioning of pumps and tanks.
• Handle minor repairs immediately (switch replacement, water leakage, minor clogs).
• Inspect air conditioning units and ensure filters are clean and operating efficiently.
• Respond promptly to any maintenance requests from villa residents.

Weekly Tasks

• Perform routine inspection of all electrical connections and circuit breaker panels.
• Clean and maintain the plumbing and drainage system to avoid blockages.
• Check kitchen and bathroom equipment, including maintenance of water heaters.
• Inspect outdoor lighting and garden electrical systems (sockets, bulbs, cables).
• Ensure proper functioning of water pumping systems and address any flow issues.
