Manager - HSE

Lead and manage all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities for large-scale villa construction projects in Doha, Qatar. The role is responsible for implementing HSE strategies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards, minimizing workplace risks, and driving a strong safety culture across multiple project sites.

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs across villa construction projects. Ensure full compliance with Qatar HSE regulations, project specifications, and international standards. Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification studies, and implement preventive control measures. Lead site safety inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.

Monitor contractor and subcontractor adherence to safety standards and procedures. Maintain HSE documentation, reports, records, and compliance dashboards. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters. Ensure emergency response procedures and crisis management plans are established and regularly tested.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a proactive safety culture. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related discipline. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred./ IGC/LEAD AUDITOR 45001 15 to 20 years of experience in HSE management within construction projects.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing villa/residential construction projects in GCC/Middle East.
