Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to join our team for the CP13G Lusail Infrastructure Project in Qatar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising major civil infrastructure construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved schedules.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in roads, earthworks, utilities, water infrastructure, drainage systems, and large-scale infrastructure project execution. Candidates with Lusail and Qatar infrastructure project experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil construction activities including roads, earthworks, asphalt, potable water, sewer, drainage, and storm water works.
• Coordinate construction activities related to utility corridors, precast structures, manholes, and utility crossings.
• Manage traffic diversion works and ensure compliance with approved traffic management plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and relevant authorities for smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure site activities are executed safely and in accordance with project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• UPDA and PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in civil construction management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects involving: Roads and asphalt works, Earthworks, Potable water networks, Sewer and drainage systems, Storm water networks, Utility corridors, Precast structures and manholes, Utility crossings, Traffic diversions.
• Strong experience in subcontractor management and authority coordination.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, project requirements, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
