Operations Manager - Coffee Concept

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional guest experience, and sustainable business growth across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet management teams.
• Monitor KPIs, control labor and operating costs, and optimize inventory.
• Ensure consistent product quality and outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 - 8 years of multi-unit operations experience within a coffee chain or cafe concept.
• Strong knowledge of cafe operations, cost control, inventory management, and customer service.
• Proven experience managing operational KPIs, budgets, and team performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
