Retail Sales Executive – Kuwait

Job Overview

Edoxi Training Institute is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, promoting our training programs and certification courses, and achieving sales targets through excellent customer service and effective sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the training center.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs and certification courses.
• Provide accurate information about course offerings, schedules, fees, and promotions.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively presenting the value of our training solutions.
• Follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Process registrations, payments, and related documentation accurately.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Keep the showroom/reception area organized and presentable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or front-office sales.
• Experience in the education or training industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
