About the company

Keemart is Meituan's self-operated on-demand retail business in overseas markets. It first launched in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in May 2025, offering rapid delivery of groceries and daily essentials within 20 minutes. As a key part of Meituan's "Grocery Retail" business expansion overseas, Keemart represents an extension of the company's mission (We help people eat better, live better.) in international markets.

Leveraging Meituan's mature "front-tier warehouse + instant delivery" model, it is dedicated to providing overseas consumers with a safe, high-quality, and convenient fresh grocery shopping experience.

Job responsibility：

1. Brand Strategy & Localization: Define and maintain the brand identity across online branding for social media and ATL&BTL channels

2. Creative Campaign Development: Lead the end-to-end development of creative campaigns for launches, seasonal campaign, and community events—from concept ideation to execution.

3. Market Research & Consumer Insights: Conduct ongoing market research to track competitor branding, consumer sentiment, and emerging trends in Kuwait's retail and Q-commerce space.

4. Performance & Iteration: Use data from user feedback, campaign performance, and brand trackers to iterate on creative assets and brand positioning, and monitor brand health metrics (awareness) and propose actionable improvements.

Job requirement：

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Design, or related field.

2. 5 years or above of experience in branding, creative marketing, or brand management—ideally in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, food delivery, or Q-commerce.

3. Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)
