-Support daily operational activities and coordination between franchisees and head office

-Track assigned tasks and requests with franchisees and internal teams

-Collect operational data and assist in preparing simple reports and summaries

-Help monitor basic compliance with operational checklists and brand guidelines

-Handle routine communications, emails, and coordination with franchisees

-Maintain organized records, files, and basic documentation

-Provide general administrative support to the Franchise Management team

Finance Executive

-Collect, organize, and track financial data from franchisees

-Assist in preparing invoices, monitor payments and follow up on outstanding balances

-Support the preparation of periodic financial reports and summaries for management review

-Help ensure franchisees follow financial procedures and maintain accurate financial documentation

Operation/Compliance Executive

-Ensure all franchisees operate in line with brand standards, operating manuals, legal requirements, and franchise agreements by conducting regular compliance checks, audits, and reviews, and documenting outcomes

-Track, record, and report compliance findings, operational issues, and corrective actions; follow up with franchisees to ensure required actions are completed within agreed timeframes

Marketing Executive

-Ensure franchisees follow brand and marketing guidelines in their local marketing activities

-Collect basic marketing performance data from franchisees and help prepare summary reports

-Assist in distributing, updating, and organizing marketing materials for franchisees
