Product Designer (UI/UX) - Male

The role

You'll work directly with the technical co-founder to shape both the user experience and the product itself. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces while helping define product direction, prioritize features, and ensure we're building the right solutions.

As our Product Designer, you'll combine UI/UX design with product thinking. You'll work closely with developers to translate ideas into well-defined features and polished user experiences that deliver real value.

What you'll do

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive designs in Figma
• Create icons, illustrations, graphics, and other visual assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to support product design
• Define product requirements, write feature specifications, and help prioritize development work
• Work closely with developers throughout implementation to ensure features are delivered as intended
• Maintain and evolve our design system and UI components
• Improve existing products through user research, usability testing, and customer feedback
• Help shape product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business and user needs
• Ensure consistency across products, branding, and user experience
• Take ownership of products from concept through launch and continuous improvement

Who you are

• 3+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design systems
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of user experience, interaction design, and visual design principles
• Experience defining product requirements and collaborating closely with engineering teams
• Ability to translate business goals and user needs into practical product solutions
• Experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Strong attention to detail with excellent visual design skills, including typography, spacing, layout, and color
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile or similar product development processes
• A strong portfolio showcasing real digital products you've designed from concept to implementation
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership

Bonus points

• Experience working in startups or small product teams
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS
• Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing
• Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or ClickUp
• Experience creating branding assets, icons, or marketing graphics
