Talabat Car Drivers Hiring (Kuwait | 100 Vacancies | Immediate Joining)

We are hiring Car Drivers for Talabat delivery operations in Kuwait. This is a local hiring opportunity for immediate joiners.

Drivers will be responsible for delivering food orders using a company-provided vehicle, ensuring timely, safe, and accurate delivery service to customers.

Requirements

Valid Kuwait driving license OR attested home country driving license

Immediate availability

Ability to handle high-volume delivery work

Basic knowledge of Kuwait roads preferred

Job Details

Commission-based salary: 0.750 Fils per order

Monthly target: 400+ orders

Automatic company car provided (GPS tracked)

Regular maintenance covered by company

Drivers can choose their preferred zone/location

Responsibilities

Fuel cost is borne by the driver

Any government fines are the responsibility of the driver (must be paid immediately)

Must ensure timely completion of assigned deliveries

Maintain proper care of the vehicle

Additional Information

Optional company phone provided with 5 KD monthly deduction or candidates can use their own phone

New car license government fee will be recovered in installments

Drivers must maintain performance as per company standards

Contract: 1-year contract and early release by the candidate will incur a 500 KD release fee
