About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of Food and Beverage operations in SVN.

About You

Formal Education

• Holder of degree in Hotel Management / a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Tourism/Hospitality Management, or equivalent relevance to job functions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years as a Director of F&B or 4 years in a senior F&B Management Role, preferably in a Luxury or 5-star International Hotel Brand.
• Expertise in managing F&B operations in delivering outstanding guest experience.
• Exceptionally knowledgeable in forecasting, planning and managing F&B Operations and Finances.
• Preferably with pre-opening experience and with GCC background.
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (Arabic language will be an advantage but not required)
• Marketing knowledge to design promotions and stay updated on F&B trends.
• Familiarity with modern F&B Systems, inventory control, and training processed to uphold operational standards, entrepreneurship, managing execution and getting results

·Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
