We are a multi-brand fragrance and beauty retailer with 40+ stores across the GCC and a fast-growing online business spanning five brands. Saudi Arabia is our priority market. We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to own and grow our online channel end to end, from the storefronts and paid media through to fulfilment and retention.

This role sits at the centre of the commercial team and works closely with marketing, retail, and operations. You will be accountable for online revenue and profitability across the portfolio, turning our multi-brand catalogue into a coherent, high-converting online experience and scaling it across the Gulf.

Key responsibilities

• Own online revenue, margin, and P&L across all brands, with clear monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage and optimise our Shopify storefronts, including merchandising, product data, checkout, and conversion rate.
• Plan and manage paid media across Meta Ads and Google Ads, and oversee SEO and email marketing.
• Grow marketplace and quick-commerce channels such as Noon, Amazon, and Talabat.
• Own the core KPIs: ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, and customer retention, and report on them weekly.
• Coordinate inventory, pricing, and ERP integration with the operations and logistics teams to keep stock and fulfilment aligned with demand.
• Lead and develop the e-commerce and creative team, setting priorities and holding standards.
• Localise the experience for GCC markets, with particular focus on Saudi Arabia (payment rails, Arabic content, fulfilment).

Skills

4 to 8+ years of e-commerce management experience.

Experience in retail, perfumes, cosmetics, fashion, or FMCG.

Strong knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.

Experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Talabat, and similar), where relevant.

Digital marketing expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.

Proven KPI ownership: ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, and customer retention.

Inventory and ERP integration experience.

Team leadership and P&L responsibility.

GCC market experience, with Saudi Arabia a strong advantage.

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
