Client Engagement & Project Coordinator

We're hiring a Client Engagement & Project Coordinator to join the Etijah team — someone ready to build a serious career in project management, client engagement, and business operations.

This is a client-facing coordination role overlooking various projects in Bahrain, Saudi and GCC.

You'll work directly with project leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on ownership of timelines, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and execution. This isn't a task-coordination role — it's a launchpad for someone who wants to grow into a future project leader.

What you'll need

✔ Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

✔ Minimum 3 years of professional experience (project coordination, client services, operations, or consulting preferred)

✔ University degree, GPA 3.0+

✔ Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

✔ Confident communicator with clients and internal teams

✔ Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
