Large Account Manager – ELV Systems

Role Summary

Own business development and account management for assigned enterprise clients, delivering integrated ELV solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, BMS, Lighting Control, PA/VA, IPTV, VoIP, Structured Cabling) through solution-based selling, and drive consistent revenue growth against target.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and manage existing accounts, closing opportunities via negotiation on price, cost, delivery and specification with customers, suppliers and contractors.
• Partner with pre-sales/technical teams to identify infrastructure needs and design tailored ELV solutions; lead technically accurate, profitable bid responses, quotations and tenders.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers — MEP consultants, architects, main contractors — and register with Ministries/reputed companies to access tenders and enquiries.
• Map competition and market trends; execute winning sales strategies, often in conjunction with partners, and own account planning and forecasting for assigned products.
• Conduct sales presentations and trade shows; coordinate cross-functionally to close orders, contracts and RFPs; escalate customer/process issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM-based (e.g. SAP) revenue forecasts and reporting; control receivables and ensure timely collections per company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and brand positioning.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive ELV/Security Systems sales experience, with proven enterprise account management.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Business Administration.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
