Are you a creative strategist with a passion for brand building and flawless execution? We are looking for a Content & Brand Manager who can take full ownership of our content, campaigns, and brand presence across all platforms.

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage a content calendar at least one month in advance
• Lead the execution of content, campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Coordinate directly with photographers, videographers, designers, and marketing agencies
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards and quality expectations
• Collaborate closely with branches and the roastery on new products and marketing initiatives
• Develop fresh content ideas and growth-driven marketing campaigns
• Ensure every launch is fully supported with content, visuals, and marketing materials before going live
• Continuously elevate the brand's image and market presence

What We're Looking For

• Strong content planning and project management skills
• Experience managing agencies and creative partners
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
