Business Development Executive (Software & Digital Transformation)

About the Role

Syskode Technologies is looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the GCC.

The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and sales of enterprise software, ERP, CRM, web, mobile, AI, and digital transformation solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking activities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Client Acquisition

• Arrange meetings with prospective clients.
• Understand business challenges and propose suitable solutions.
• Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.

Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up on proposals and opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects.

Market Development

• Identify new market opportunities.
• Research industry trends and competitors.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and conferences.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling IT solutions is highly preferred.

KPI Expectations

• 160+ quality prospecting activities per month.
• 30+ qualified meetings per month.
• Minimum 10 qualified opportunities per month.
• Minimum 2 closed deals per month.
• Average deal size target of BHD 10,000+.

Pay: BD250.000 - BD350.000 per month
