Location: Bahrain Financial Harbour, Manama, Capital Governorate, Bahrain

Salary: BHD 2,400–3,600 per month (approximately USD 6,370–9,550)

Short Professional Job Description

Lead the planning, management, and optimization of the organization's asset portfolio to maximize performance and long-term value. Oversee asset strategies, financial performance, risk management, compliance, and operational improvements while working closely with internal stakeholders to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management strategies and policies
• Monitor asset performance, utilization, and lifecycle management
• Analyze financial performance, budgets, and investment returns
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Identify opportunities to improve asset efficiency and profitability
• Prepare performance reports and present recommendations to senior management
• Coordinate with finance, operations, engineering, and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in asset management, operations, or portfolio management
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, financial analysis, and risk management
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting abilities

Pay: BD2,400.000 - BD3,600.000 per month
